How the jobs theme works
In a Word Duel the reels choose a theme for every match. When they show 💼 Jobs, the hidden word is a person defined by what they do: everyday jobs (BAKER, NURSE, PLUMBER), creative work (ACTOR, WRITER, POTTER), people in uniform (PILOT, SHERIFF, SOLDIER) and a few storybook titles (KNIGHT, JESTER, DUKE). Hearts mode adds a clue — "Runs a restaurant kitchen", "Flies the plane".

Tips for job words
- The -ER/-OR ending is king: FARMER, BARBER, TEACHER, PAINTER, DOCTOR, TUTOR, ACTOR, EDITOR. If the last two tiles go green, list jobs by what people do.
- Also try -IST and -ISTA: ARTIST, DENTIST, FLORIST, CHEMIST, BARISTA.
- Workplaces are hints. Hospital (NURSE, SURGEON, MEDIC), shop (CASHIER, BUTCHER), sea and sky (SAILOR, DIVER, PILOT).
- Short jobs are tricky: CHEF, POET, MONK, MAID, BOSS, DEAN, GURU — four letters, lots of different vowels.
